Description

Starting March 1st, one room will be available for rent. The basic rent is 420 euros (exclusive of energy) and the deposit to the landlord is 1050. The house is shared with 3 other students (two girls, one guy) and a dog. All three of them are German students at the University and very helpful people :) The house is well equipped with appliances, furniture, dishes etc. The Berkersheim Bahnhof is 3 min away by walk, and is connected to the Hbf, Hauptwache etc by the S6.
